Administrative and Financial Coordination Office

The responsibilities of the Administrative and Financial Coordination Office are:

  • plan, organize and control activities concerning the administrative and financial resources linked to SEAD and its institutional projects;
  • coordinate and supervise work teams subordinated to the office;
  • assist in the participation of SEAD in regional, national and international scientific events;
  • plan, organize and control SEAD’s staff activities;
  • plan, organize and control SEAD’s property;
  • bring SEAD closer with the University’s Support Foundations;
  • assist the Secretary in the performance of tasks.
